Change of pace

Retreats provide a complete change of pace, environment and approach. Our scenic location ensures that you get off the treadmill and enjoy the tranquility of the rolling countryside around you. Health and wellbeing is our number 1 priority, therefore our retreats are designed to incorporate a good level of exercise, some spiritual yoga sessions and introduction a skill-based activity which will re-energise your body and soul.

  • 4 yoga sessions: will focus on the connection with the body including mindfulness and breathing exercises

  • Accommodation: in our shepherd's huts or holiday cottages

  • Skill-based group activities: our retreats will incorporate an activity such as a pottery class, painting workshop or flower arranging  (activities may vary for each retreat)

  • Outdoors: exploring the area by foot with a number of countryside walks

  • Pampering: a massage treatment of your choice and use of hot tub

  • Breakfast, dinner and a smoothie every day
